How to get yourself out the rut that you have created.
Start by keeping the promises you make to yourself- if you are planning to workout, file your taxes, or clean the kitchen actually make it a point to do so. Keeping promises to yourself and making small gains each day makes life bearable. Even if you can't see change at least you know that you accomplished something that day.
Look for ways to up your game- your work game, your fitness game, your makeup game, etc. Invest in yourself and make it a priority to get out of bed in the morning. Small changes gets the ball rolling.
Find help- hire a life coach, find a financial planner, find a work out buddy, find your tribe. Finding like minded individuals who want to change their current situation will surround you with positive energy. Also asking for help is hard but it always benefits you in the long run.
Stop repeating the bad decisions you made last week- find solutions and have a gameplan before you go to the bar again, tell your friend you love them but you're not eating sweets right now, find the willpower to say no. Learn to create good habits and replace the old.
"Where do you find the will power though? I have all these things I want to change, but I keep messing everything up!"
Keep your insipration close and your goals closer- keep your thoughts positive and use positive affirmations, write in a journal, track your progress
Find someone who has already done it and make them your role model- use social media
