List of things I'm currently grateful for: Apartment, car, books, crafting, writing, food, new ideas, fitness classes, good conversations with quality people

Today I finished the last pages of You are a Badass at Making Money. Sincero's last chapters detail the ideas of faith vs fear, using a buddy system when creating new habits, and realizing that you may be unpopular for wanting more for yourself. Just as much as misery enjoys company, so does change and success. Most of us hang around others who have similar views and perspectives of the world. One growing point for me is learning how to not care about others. Especially others that don't directly influence my life, my work, of my paycheck.

Today I also decided to find a Life coach. No one ever learned physics on their own; they had a teacher who broke it down with academic vocabulary, deductive learning, and provided examples as a class, worked with a partner, and finally tried to tackle it on one's own. Similarly, when breaking through limiting beliefs and working towards big changes that are scary, why wouldn't you want the help from a knowledgeable other? From my other blog posts, I'm still looking for my wedding planning Ilene to pop into my life; however, I think having someone that will keep my accountable for my actions to reach my goals is a good place to start.

Moving forward, I'm very excited to start reading two new books recommended to me: The Geography of Bliss by Eric Weiner and 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene and Joost Elffers. More to come on these reads while I try to land a job :)
